About Me

Welcome to my site! I've been making web sites since I was a teenager and had to spend a summer with my jaw wired shut--thank goodness for the internet! I don't know what I would have done if it had been a few years earlier (before the internet).

 

I live in sunny north-central Florida with my family, including one crazy cat named Luna who is often found on the keyboard when I try to type.

 

In addition to natural health, I'm also into cycling and reading. I love science fiction shows and am grateful that I can catch them online, since I rarely have time to sit down for TV when my favorite shows are airing.

 

I enjoy traveling. I'm a fairly new Florida resident, but so far I've made it to the Castillo de San Marcos, a nearby national monument.
